What you're buying

DayFlow is a $29 one-time purchase, with no subscription and no renewal. It covers one wedding: yours. Your purchase (or the code your photographer gifted you) comes with an access code that unlocks the timeline builder on a limited number of devices: enough for your laptop and both your phones, not enough for the whole internet. If you legitimately run out of activations, email us and we'll reset it.

What DayFlow is (and isn't)

DayFlow gives you an expert-built timeline and the tools to make it yours. It's guidance, not a guarantee that the sun will cooperate or that hair and makeup will run on time. The buffers help, but the day is still the day. You remain responsible for confirming times with your own venue and vendors.

Your content

Your timeline is yours, and we claim no rights over it. It's saved in your browser on your device; if you create a share link, the sections you choose are uploaded (a live link) or packed into the link itself (a snapshot) so the people you send it to can view them (see Privacy). You're responsible for who receives a share link, since anyone with it can open the timeline, and for asking us to delete a hosted live link when you're done. If you clear your browser or lose the device, your local timeline is gone unless you've saved a share link.

Fair use

Don't resell access codes, share them publicly, or use DayFlow to run a timeline service for other people's weddings without talking to us first (photographers and planners: we'd love to talk, email us).

Ask the planner

The in-app planner gives general, automated wedding-planning information and can be incomplete or wrong. It doesn't replace your venue, vendors, coordinator, or a legal, financial, or safety professional. Confirm final timing, contracts, licenses, and local rules with the right person. You must be 18 or older to buy and use DayFlow.

The boring necessities

DayFlow is made by Wedding Feels Co. and provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid ($29). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; their checkout terms apply to the transaction itself. We may update these terms, and material changes will be posted here.
