Refunds

Effective July 29, 2026

You'll know quickly whether DayFlow is for you. If it isn't, we refund your $29 in full within 7 days of purchase.

How to get one

Email [email protected] from the address on your receipt within 7 days of purchase. No form, no retention script. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

The good-faith part

The guarantee covers "DayFlow wasn't for me." It doesn't cover "DayFlow already did its job." Because this is a digital product that delivers its full value the first time you use it, we reserve the right to decline a refund where the product has clearly been fully used: a timeline built and then shared with vendors, printed, or exported, followed by a refund request. If that feels fair to you, we'll get along fine.

After 7 days

Purchases older than 7 days aren't eligible for a refund. If something isn't working, email us anyway and we'll fix it. That part has no deadline.

Gifted codes

If your access came free from your photographer, there's nothing to refund, but if something isn't working, email us anyway and we'll fix it.
